Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm in Kingsport, currently serving East TN. I will travel anywhere. I love travel, and I love to see new places. If travel is requested, it does require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But, I always try to find the cheapest way to get there, so travel fees are NOT outrageous for you or me.
When will I get my photos?
You will receive an e-mail with your online gallery and download PIN within 2 weeks, depending on how much work I have at the time. Sometimes I am done in a few days, sometimes it takes the full 2 weeks. For weddings it will take up to 8 weeks. Once you receive them, you can download all the photos from the online gallery, share them, and choose your favorites!
How many pictures will I receive?
In the "Investment" page I have the base amount of photos you can expect from each session. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos from your session, however if I have more than the base number of photos that I feel are worth sending, I will be sure to do that at no extra charge!
Do you provide prints?
I do not as of right now. You can download the high resolution photos from your gallery and send them off to the photo lab of your choice! (I do NOT recommend Walgreens!!)
What do you mean by "creative" session?
A creative session is really just something inventive, out of the norm, an overall adventure. This is admittedly my favorite kind of session! If you are looking to book a session that's completely out of the box, this is for you. Just contact me from this site, or look me up on FB and tell me what you have in mind! I'd love to be your adventure buddy!
What if my kids don't cooperate?
I'm a mother of two so I know how that is! Sometimes kids get a little stressed out in these situations. Some tips to having a smooth session with small children: make sure they've eaten and/or napped beforehand! Maybe bring a favorite toy or something they can interact with. Most of all, don't stress it! I want to capture the real life version of you and your family. So kids are welcome to run free and play as I take pictures!
Are you willing to do some hiking for my location of choice?
Yep! I would love to climb a mountain with you!
Will you have an assistant with you during the session?
Yes, my sister Hannah typically assists me at every session!
